What You Need, When You Need It

Estimates

If you would live in the Lafayette, Indiana area and are interested in scheduling a free plumbing, sewer, or septic estimate, you can contact us online, by phone, or by email. Before you get in touch, know the type of job that needs to be done, the timeline you’re dealing with (if any), and your budget. This will help our skilled team figure out how we can best repair your plumbing problem while meeting your needs. A technician will visit your property to further discuss the project. Following this meeting, you will be emailed an estimate. You are under no obligation to go ahead with us once you view our quote, but we hope our trustworthy reputation will precede us and you will choose our team. For any work over $1,000, we require a 50% down payment before the work can be scheduled. You will approve any unexpected pricing changes that occur during the project.

Scheduling

You can schedule a Lafayette area plumbing, sewer, or septic appointment by phone, text message, the Ike’s Sewers Google page, or this website. For emergency calls, please contact the office directly to ensure timely service.

During Service

For all scheduled service calls, clients receive confirmation texts. You can respond to the message if you need to cancel the appointment, provide more information, or send pictures. Another message will be sent when your Ike’s Sewers technician is on the way. Upon arrival, you and your plumbing technician will have a conversation about the issue. This will be similar to what you discussed during your estimate. Should you decline the technician’s repair options, you will still pay a standard $89 service call charge. If you accept plumbing service, the work will be completed or scheduled and you will provide your signature. You can pay by check, cash, or charge at the time of service. We use an electronic billing system and can provide paid invoices by email or text. If you require a paper invoice, let the technician know and one will be mailed to you.

After Service

After your plumbing work is done, you can expect to be asked to leave a review about Ike’s Sewers and your technician. We read every review and pass both positive and negative feedback along to our technicians. If you are not 100% satisfied with the plumbing repairs done in your home or workplace, call our office to speak to our Sales Service Manager.

 

The Nut and Bolts

Minimum Charge

Every service call has a minimum charge of $89.

This is only waived when scheduling a free estimate for a known or pre-existing issue.

 

Cancellation or No-Show

If you cancel an appointment fewer than 24-hours ahead of time or fail to show up for your service call, you will be billed our standard minimum charge of $89. This is only waived for appointments made and canceled the same day due to the issue resolving itself.
